The story behind us
We cannot report on long traditions, but we can tell a beautiful story: Alexander had a vision from an early age: he wanted to become a farmer.
After attending wine school, he laid the foundation stone of the farm in 1990. A big dream became reality. The then 16-year-old farmer began to cultivate his own vineyards and fields in Dietmannsdorf - in the middle of the Retzer Land. In 1997, the company switched to organic production.
Elisabeth supports us in every way. She is just as important a part of the organic farm as the boys Johannes, Florian and Lorenz, who ideally contribute their different talents. Everyone pulls together. The plants, of course, also feel this, and their vitality and energy produce products of the highest organic quality. The farm has a wealth of resources. From grain (spelt, barley, oats, wheat, rye) in the form of flour, bread, pasta, rice, muesli and soy as tofu, hemp, pumpkin seed oil, herbs, spices, vegetables to wine, valuable foods are offered. A childhood vision has become an organic farm that will surely make history...
